WESTGAP COLLECTION NOVEMBER 1ST 2008
As you are no doubt aware the Jags Trust has undertaken a number of partnership initiatives with the local charity westGAP as part of its community engagement programme. Tomorrow there will be a collection at the game for the benefit of westGAP to assist them to continue to do their work in the Partick and West End area.
WestGAP offer advice on benefits and grants and campaign on issues concerned with poverty and deprivation from Partick to Maryhill. They also organise local events, independently and in partnership with other groups and charities and are making more links with the Jags Trust to put together community projects.
Please give as much as you can to assist this group to continue their important work. Their collectors will be in and around the ground so please help.
