Being a Jags fan, our childhood dreams are probably Thistle playing Real Madrid in the Bernabeu Stadium in the final of the Champions league, but as this is very unlikely, maybe we should just lower our sights a bit and concentrate on an away win against Stirling Albion in the Scottish Cup this Saturday.
Thistle have their fair share of injury problems for this game. Both Willie Kinniburgh and Simon Storey are suspended and fellow defenders John Robertson and Marc Twaddle are both definitely out. Gary Harkins is likely to be moved to the center-half position and Thistle to adopt a 4-4-2 formation that has not suited the Jags this year. In addition to this, Damon Gray and Stephen McKeown are also definitely out.
