On Tuesday, the country set donned their Berber jackets, jumped into their 4×4’s and set off to the moors for the start of the game season. This Saturday, Jags fans will be putting on their beloved strips and heading to Firhill for the game to start off our season at home against Ross County.
Ian McColl should be able to add the name of Willie Kinniburgh to his pool after Willies return to action in “Archie’s” testimonial on Tuesday night. If the rumours are right, we will be missing Liam Buchanan and possibly Stephen Mckeown
Ross County travel down to Firhill with ex Jags Scott Boyd and Paul Di Giacomo in their pool, Stuart Kettlewell and Steven Craig are well known faces to Jags fans and they will be in Derek Adams thoughts for Saturday, also in the pool will be ex Celt and Inverness Jag, Ian Vigurs and the “John Carew” of Ross County, 6′2” Garry Woods.
