On their way to Firhill this Saturday, Jags fans will not be asking “will we win to day”. It will be more like “will we score?” Anyway, come three o’clock, I am sure Mr. McCall will have come up with the answer to the problem and will put out a team that will bring our first three points in the league this season. Ian has more or less a full squad to pick from, so a visit to the tavern after the game could be on the cards.

Morton travel to Firhill with a major goalkeeping problem with their three top goalkeepers out injured. The problem is so bad that they had to register goalkeeping coach 43year old David Wylie, to cover for 19 year old rookie Ryan McWilliams.

A name for Jags fans to fear this Saturday is Peter Weatherson.A gentleman with a similar sounding name caused the Jags no end of trouble in our last two games.
